K-12 Teachers at WHA 2021!

The WHA offers discounted registration rates for K-12 teachers to attend the annual conference. There are several sessions devoted to teaching methods, the Teacher-Author lunch, a "Take-A-Historian-to School" program, CEUs available, and the Charles Redd Center Teaching Western History Awards. Charles Redd Center Teaching Award

Award Submission Deadline: August 1, 2021

The Charles Redd Center Teaching Western History Award is a $500 annual award given to four K-12 Teachers for innovative plans that teach the history of the North American West to attend the annual Western History Association Conference. View a list of past recipients.
